Precision Industrial Maintenance has a ZERO tolerance for employees working under the influence of alcohol or uncontrolled/illegal drugs. Our Company has developed and maintains a Drug & Alcohol Program that all of our employees are issued at the time of initial employment. Our employees are also subject to post accident as well as random drug and alcohol screening under the guidelines of the U.S. Department of Transportation through a randomizer system offered by our medical provider.
