Accident prevention is considered everyone's responsibility.  Every employee must share in the responsibility of safety. This responsibility covers all employees from top levels of management, to supervisors, and hourly employees.

A Safety Committee has been established to implement and ensure compliance with safety rules and to investigate all accidents and reports of unsafe practices.  The safety committee conducts a formal documented meeting every month to discuss, review, and update the safety program.

 The personal safety and health of each employee is of primary importance.  The prevention of occupationally induced injury and illness will always be given precedence over operating productivity when necessary.  To the greatest degree possible, management will provide all mechanical and physical facilities required for personal safety and health, in keeping with the highest standards.
